About Wendy Green Little by little, slowly slowly, do your practice and all things come
 
 
Wendy Green is passionate about yoga. Her passion has lead her around the globe where she has studied with some of the world's most respected yoga teachers. Teaching since 1974, she is an inspirational and well-respected teacher in her own right. She has for many years, operated a successful private yoga studio as well as teaching in numerous fitness, educational and corporate settings. She is particularly interested in Ashtanga Yoga and continues to deepen her knowledge of Yoga, Sanskrit, Ayurveda wellness and takes Master Yoga classes on a regular basis.

Starting in 1973, Wendy worked for two years at the Hippocrates Health-Institute in Boston , under the direction of Dr. Ann Wigmore and Victoras Kulvinskas, modern founders of the Raw Food Movement. Now along with Raw Food Leaders such as David Wolfe and Gabriel Cousens M.D., Wendy believes that a Raw Food Diet can bring immediate transformational health benefits into peoples lives

Integrating wellness philosophies learned around the world over the last 30 years, Wendy has now developed her own revolutionary program the "Green Longevity LifestyleT" includes the RAW FOOD FEST, a guided 14 day Diet and Workshop™.

Wendy has found her paradise on the northern coast of Honduras and has created a spiritual eco-retreat center called "Casa Verde".  Believing in the healing power of nature, she offers YOGA / JUNGLE / CHILL/IMMERSIONS in a pristine, magnificent environment.
