We believe that nature is the
ultimate healer. Casa
Verde offers a unique combination of eco
yoga retreat, coupled with a delicious raw food
cleansing diet, “deep green” lifestyle
opportunity, and an eco-adventure, on the North
Caribbean Coast of Honduras, Central America.
Casa Verde is
located in a magnificent, pristine, yet to be
discovered area, beside the tranquil 500 mile Pico
Bonito National Forest of Honduras. Here you will
find impeccable mountain air, sweet spring water,
fresh picked fruit, trillions of trees, battalion
of birds and a symphony of exotic plants and
flowers, cradled on a superb property with a wide
rushing white water river, and a 400 foot waterfall
view, all courtesy of mother nature herself.
While you leave your alarm clocks, cars and
over-scheduled, noisy, modern lives behind, you
will slip back into the natural circadian rhythms
of your birthright. Retreat, relax, repair, renew,
re-discover, and replenish your most original
self.
OUR

program which includes; daily personalized yoga practice on
the riverside deck, three locally grown fresh raw

Therapists Association). Weekly guests will receive
one complimentary massage. Extra massages are

in simple yet delicious recipes. Our meal plan is
supremely nourishing, cleansing and ultimately very
satisfying.
Some guests may prefer to add juice or water
fasting days to their retreat program.
If you need to lose weight, you can expect to
shed pounds effortlessly. If you are already at
your perfect your weight, it will remain stable.
Everyone can expect to cleanse environmental
toxins, leaving you feeling light and bright.
Eco Activities
include nature hikes in pristine rain forests with
sparkling waterfalls, river swims, bouldering up
huge river rocks, as well as visit or volunteer in
local remote communities. Local tour operators
offer horseback riding, tours of biological
reserves, white water rafting, mangrove kayaking
and canopy zip-line at extra cost. OR for the
resting spirit, just chill on the porch and read,
write, sing, draw and meditate.
La Ceiba is 5 miles away on the Caribbean coast
and is called the "Girl Friend" of Honduras. Home
to the Standard Fruit Company since 1865, this
clean, friendly city boasts a vibrant street scene
and an infamous nightlife. The petite, spotless
International Airport is just 15 miles away.
Roatan, a true Caribbean Island paradise, offering
spectacular diving is just off shore. This area has
it all. The Wall Street Journal has called Honduras
the "#1 Next Hot Spot, a cutting edge Costa Rica".
We agree!

blossomed, re-booted, rejuvenated and enthused. Use
your retreat as a spring board to a healthier,
greener lifestyle!

Here at Casa Verde, we continue to refine our offering to
heal, inspire, and help our guests along the eco-raw-yoga
path. We are now "offsetting" all of our guests plane travel
through
Carbonfund.org.
We want to protect our planet and do our part to mitigate
climate change and encourage others to do so as well.
Honduras was in the news
2009. Thankfully, all has been resolved. We assure
you, all of our guests arrive safely and enjoy all
of their activities. We live in a peaceful, rural
area, far from any of the issues that occurred in
the big cities.
